Welcome! My name is Elias Caceres, and I am a certified Spanish-English public translator. Born and raised in Encarnacion, Paraguay, I have always had a strong connection to languages, which led me to pursue a degree in English Language and Literature at the Universidad Nacional de Itapúa.
I’m a seasoned English–Spanish and Spanish–English translator with over seven years of professional experience. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients, from legal institutions to corporate businesses and academic professionals.

CERTIFICATIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
I am a certified public translator, authorized by the Paraguayan Supreme Court to provide official translations. I hold a degree in English Language and Literature from Universidad Nacional de Itapúa and a postgraduate degree in Higher Education Didactics. Additionally, I am proficient in English at the C2 level, as verified by my EF SET English Certificate.

With over seven years of experience as a translator, I have worked with clients from various sectors, including legal, academic, and corporate fields. As a sworn translator certified by the Paraguayan Supreme Court, I specialize in legal translations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to formal standards.
